孙杨被禁赛8年 中国泳协和孙杨回应

北京时间28日下午，国际体育仲裁法庭（CAS）宣布了世界反兴奋剂机构（WADA）诉中国游泳运动员孙杨和国际泳联一案听证会的裁决结果。

国际体育仲裁法庭裁定：孙杨被禁赛8年，即日生效。

The Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) upheld an appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) against FINA and Chinese swimmer Sun Yang on Friday.

Sun has been handed an eight-year ban over anti-doping violations, the CAS said on its website.

这一裁决结果，CAS在其官网上公布的同时，其秘书长马蒂厄·雷博也在总部瑞士洛桑向媒体进行了宣布，并发表了简短声明。

仲裁听证会起因于2018年9月4日WADA针对孙杨的一次赛外兴奋剂检查。由于孙杨一方对WADA所委托公司检查人员的资质证明存疑，此次检查最终未完成。

Sun, a three-time Olympic champion, refused to complete a doping test conducted by the international testing company IDTM on September 4, 2018, saying the Doping Control Officer and her assistants lacked sufficient authorization and credentials.

去年1月，国际泳联裁决此次检查无效，孙杨不存在违反《世界反兴奋剂条例》的行为。两个月后，WADA因不满裁决结果，向国际体育仲裁法庭提出上诉。

His case was later heard by swimming's world governing body FINA, who decided on Jan 3 last year that the swimmer was not guilty of anti-doping rule violations. WADA disagreed and appealed the decision, and asked the CAS to ban Sun for between two and eight years.

去年11月15日，CAS在瑞士蒙特勒就此案召开听证会。当天，除约200名媒体代表和公众在现场旁听外，听证会还通过网络向全球进行了直播。听证会结束后，CAS表示裁决结果将择日公布。

去年12月11日，CAS对外宣布，听证会裁决结果将推迟公布，原因是听证会上翻译不准确、双方需要再度提供笔录等，结果在2020年1月中旬前不会被公布。

在外界经过足足3个多月的漫长等待后，CAS如今终于有了裁决结果并对外公布。

根据CAS的规定，如果对此次裁决结果不满，可于30天内就非常有限范围内的原因向瑞士联邦最高法院提出上诉。

对国际体育仲裁法庭（CAS）就世界反兴奋剂机构（WADA）上诉国际泳联反兴奋剂小组和孙杨一案做出的裁决，我们深表遗憾。中国游泳协会一贯坚持对使用兴奋剂“零容忍”，一贯重视加强运动员反兴奋剂教育。我们了解，2018年9月4日，国际泳联（FINA）授权的样本采集机构——国际兴奋剂检查管理公司（IDTM）对孙杨实施赛外检查时，使用了未经专业培训、不具备法定资质人员采集运动员样本，活动是非法和无效的。我们支持孙杨继续以法律手段维护自己的合法权益。同时希望世界反兴奋剂机构、体育组织、兴奋剂检查代理机构改进、完善规则，严格执行规则包括兴奋剂检查人员资证要求，不能忽视运动员个人合法权利，不能让任何人都可以去从事与运动员切身利益密切相关的兴奋剂检查工作。

孙杨本人也在微博做出了回应，他表示：感到震惊、愤怒、不能理解！已经委托律师依法提起上诉，而后孙杨又通过微博公开检测当日视频，质疑“暴力抗检”的指控。此外，孙杨还发布了一份针对检测当日情况的说明。

Following the decision that could end his celebrated career, Sun reiterated his innocence in a social media post. He said he had only refused to complete the test over questions about the testers' eligibility, and he is ready to appeal to a higher court.

"I was shocked by the CAS decision, which I feel angry about and couldn't understand," Sun posted on his Weibo account on Friday evening.

"I have asked my lawyer to appeal the suspension to the Swiss Federal Tribunal. I firmly believe in my innocence. The truth will prevail over lies."
